Architecting a Precision B2B Funnel for High-Ticket Commercial Funding (₹5 Cr - ₹100 Cr).

Developing a niche lead acquisition engine for Assets2Loan to connect with commercial and industrial property owners, managing a targeted ₹3,000 daily budget for high-ticket loan solutions.

In the commercial lending space, the challenge is filtering out thousands of small-ticket personal loan seekers to find one high-value industrial client. For Assets2Loan, my objective was clear: transform a ₹3,000 daily spend into a high-intent filtering machine. We moved away from broad “Loan” keywords and focused on “Structured Funding” and “Commercial Asset Liquidity” to ensure every lead had the potential for a multi-crore deal.

Strategy

The strategy focused on “Top-of-Mind Awareness.” With a ₹20,000 daily budget, we utilized a 60/40 split. 60% was dedicated to capturing new investors through “Upcoming IPO” guides, while 40% was used for retargeting users who had shown interest in previous listings. By leveraging custom audiences of people who engage with financial content, we ensured that the ad spend was always hitting the most profitable segments of the market.

Funnel Structure

The funnel begins with the Discovery Phase, utilizing highly professional static and video ads on Meta that address the specific liquidity pain points of industrial property owners. When a user engages, they are directed to a Qualification Phase on a custom-built landing page. Unlike a standard form, this multi-step process requires the prospect to select their asset type and required loan amount (minimum ₹5 Cr), which automatically filters out unqualified traffic. In the final Conversion Phase, the qualified data is instantly pushed to the Assets2Loan sales desk via WhatsApp and Email automation, accompanied by an automated “Introductory Case Study” sent to the prospect to build immediate credibility before the first call.

Features

The Assets2Loan project demonstrates that even a modest ₹3,000 daily budget can drive multi-crore business opportunities if the funnel is architected correctly. By focusing on my “Zero Junk Policy,” we successfully created a consistent pipeline of high-value commercial inquiries. This project serves as a prime example of how I use my ₹5.5 Crore+ ad spend expertise to deliver premium results in the high-ticket B2B sector.
