For Land2Capital, the challenge was to educate landowners that they can unlock capital without selling their legacy assets. Managing a ₹5,000 daily budget, I built a system that filters out casual sellers and targets strategic owners looking for growth capital. We shifted the narrative from “Land Selling” to “Capital Growth,” ensuring that the leads generated were high-value prospects for industrial and commercial financing.
The strategy was built on “Consultative Acquisition.” With a daily budget of ₹5,000, we avoided broad keywords and instead focused on the specific pain points of landowners—such as liquidity crunch or development stagnation. We utilized a 70/30 budget split: 70% was dedicated to reaching new industrial and commercial landowners, while 30% was used for retargeting prospects with case studies and professional testimonials to overcome trust barriers in high-ticket financial deals.
The funnel begins with the Discovery Phase, where we deploy high-authority static and video ads on Meta that address the “Locked Capital” problem faced by landowners. Once a user clicks, they are directed to the Qualification Phase on a custom landing page. This page features a multi-step form that asks specific questions about the land type, location, and the amount of capital required, automatically filtering out unqualified or low-ticket traffic. In the final Conversion Phase, the qualified data is instantly synced with the Land2Capital CRM, and the prospect receives an automated WhatsApp message with a case study of previous successful land-backed solutions, ensuring the brand stays top-of-mind before the first consultation call.
