In the high-stakes Real Estate market, the challenge isn’t just getting leads, it’s getting the right leads. For White Paradise, I revamped their entire digital acquisition strategy. By moving away from generic lead forms and focusing on a qualified funnel, I ensured that the sales team only focused on prospects with the genuine financial capacity to invest in luxury property.
The strategy was built on “Qualitative Scaling.” With a fixed daily budget of ₹4,000, I prioritized intent over volume. We segmented the campaigns into three layers: brand awareness for new HNIs, interest-based capture for active seekers, and aggressive retargeting for those who engaged with the property videos but hadn’t yet booked a visit. This ensured 0% wastage of the ad budget.
