Architecting a massive scale acquisition engine for Gapup By Rigi, managing high-volume budgets to drive premium community memberships and digital product sales for top-tier creators.

Scaling a creator-based platform like Gapup By Rigi requires a balance between brand personality and hardcore data. When you are spending ₹40,000 every single day, there is no room for error. My role was to ensure that the influx of traffic was not just massive, but also profitable. We built a system that could handle the intensity of high-scale Facebook and Instagram ads while maintaining the trust of the creator’s audience.

Strategy

The strategy focused on “Aggressive Volume Dominance.” We used a broad-to-narrow targeting approach. First, we cast a wide net across the finance and trading interest groups, and then we used AI-driven lookalike audiences (LLAs) to find people similar to existing high-value members. The ₹40,000 daily budget was split between 80% for new user acquisition and 20% for high-frequency retargeting to ensure maximum conversion.

Funnel Structure

Influencer-led video ads that tap into the audience’s pain points (e.g., losing money in stocks). Redirecting traffic to high-converting Gapup landing pages featuring social proof and creator authority. One-click checkout integration within the Rigi ecosystem for frictionless payments.
