Scaling Holiday Package Sales with High-ROAS Meta Ad Funnels

I implemented a High-Velocity Travel Funnel with a daily ad spend of ₹10,000, focusing on destination-based segmentation. By using Multi-Step Qualification, I ensured that even at this high volume, the sales team only received premium, high-budget leads for international and domestic packages.

For Jingo Holidays, the challenge was to scale their bookings while managing a significant daily budget of ₹10,000. Leveraging my experience of managing ₹5.5 Crore+ in total ad spend, I architected a robust Meta and Google Ads ecosystem. I didn’t just focus on lead volume; I built a filter-heavy funnel that prioritized high-intent travelers. By implementing advanced server-side tracking (CAPI) and dynamic retargeting, I transformed their ₹3 Lakh monthly spend into a predictable booking engine, delivering a 40% reduction in customer acquisition costs.
